IV Seasons Skin Care Clinic offers medically directed skin care treatments
and products under the guidance of cosmetic plastic surgeons, Dr. Kuisle and
Dr. Hartley.
The goal of IV Seasons is to provide patients with a comprehensive and individually
formulated medical skin care program to suit skin type, lifestyle, and possible
surgical choices. In the BioMedic/La Roche-Posay product line we have found
an outstanding physicians only skin care line that combines well with pharmaceuticals
such as Retin-A and Hydroquinone.
At IV Seasons we have chosen to offer our patients a sampling of what we feel
are the most effective products from several medical grade product lines. These
include Dr. Perricone’s Alpha Lipoic Acid based products, excellent sun
screens by Fallene and Procyte, procedures by Physician’s Choice of Arizona,
as well as Obaji/Nu Derm procedures and products.
THE BIOMEDIC MICROPEEL
The MicroPeel is a three-step process that removes a microthin top layer of
skin, stimulating and exfoliating the skin’s surface to reduce the appearance

PARTICLE SKIN RESURFACING/MICRODERMABRASION
This is a non-invasive, acid free, non-surgical treatment using aluminum oxide
crystals to mechanically exfoliate the outer layer of the skin. It polishes
and improves texture, which is excellent for fine lines, sun damaged skin,

THE SENSI PEEL

THE BIOMEDIC PIGMENT PEEL PLUS
The Pigment Peel Plus is a modified TCA (Trichloracetic Acid)
peel designed to remove damaged skin layers in order to initiate

deeper layers of the skin. It is especially effective for stubborn
hyperpigmentation, discoloration, sun damaged and aging skin.

THE OBAGI BLUE PEEL
The Obagi Blue Peel is a medium depth chemical peel that addresses

PULSE DYE VASCULAR LASER (595 nano m)
The Pulse Dye Vascular Laser produces an intense but gentle burst
of light that selectively destroys fine superficial facial
blood vessels
and heats
the collagen within the skin without damaging the surrounding
tissue. Skin collagen
gradually renews and remodels itself to a better, more elastic
and healthier structural layer, improving the appearance of
fine lines and making the
skin appear more youthful. Red scars and red active acne breakouts

NEODYNIUM:YAG
LASER (1064 nano m)
The YAG laser is the ideal wavelength for hair reduction
and treatment of larger blood vessels (1-3 millimeters)
of the
face and legs.
This laser destroys
the
active hair follicle in the anagen growth phase. Blood
vessels are sealed by the laser energy.

ERBIUM:YAG LASER (2940 nano m)
The Erbium laser provides for ultimate precision in skin resurfacing,
allowing the operator to set treatment parameters for as superficial
as a 10-micron epidermal ablation to deep surgical skin resurfacing,
equivalent to the depth of treatment accomplished by CO2 laser. Micro
laser peel is the newest and most effective way to treat accumulated
sun damage and aging skin without the downtime of deeper surgical skin
resurfacing. Uneven pigmentation, fine epidermal lines, actinic keratoses,
